This year's "Iris Festival"will be held on May 17th and 18th.

Love these gorgeous wild irises. Mine were in the garden but the local wooded park has some that grow wild.

The wild iris is so like and yet so different from what will grace my yard in May and June.
Lots of beautiful Iris today, I have some but won't be out for a while yet
Wonderful to see wild irises flowering like that. The colours are beautiful.
