Like you I posted a red flower for Burma in my blog today.

I will have to find out.
I saw it in that sweet little flowershop opposite St. Stephan's Cathedral and its cinnamon color reminded me of the Buddhist monks of Burma.

Beautiful offering - I guessed that Turmeric/saffron color will be representating the monks...! What a shame -isn't it!

Its such a beautiful place...and so much under torture and misery!
